SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from our Gurgaon warehouse within 24–48 business hours. Delivery takes 3–6 business days for metro and Tier 2/3 cities. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

We currently ship within India only. If you are based outside India and would like to place an order, write to us at info@rawveda.co.in — shipping can be arranged at your own cost, including duties, customs, and courier fees.

Shipping is free for all orders.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 8 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but you can suggest an alternative person — a family member, neighbour, or colleague — to receive the package if you are unavailable.

All Raw Veda orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Gurgaon – 122002.

ORDERS

We pack every order with care. If there is any damage or leakage, email us at info@rawveda.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will offer a full replacement — no questions asked.

Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched. Email us at info@rawveda.co.in or call +91 92178 46450 as early as possible. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible but two-way shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

No, We currently accept prepaid orders only — all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking are accepted.

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@rawveda.co.in if you need to update your delivery details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Yes, as long as the product is returned within 7 days of delivery, is completely unopened and unused, and is in its original packaging. Refunds are processed to your original payment source within 7 working days of the return being received and approved.

Email us at info@rawveda.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with approval and next steps. Please do not send any product back without prior written approval from our team.

No. We are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal. This applies without exception.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is processed within 7 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Please email us at info@rawveda.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the product received. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one at no cost to you, or offer a full refund if the correct product is unavailable.

PRODUCTS

Yes — every single one. Each Raw Veda bottle contains a real dried botanical, placed by hand. It is not decorative. It is our proof of purity — visible evidence of exactly what you are breathing.

Best used within 24 months from the date of manufacture. Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Store upright in a cool, dry spot away from sunlight, heat sources, and humidity. Avoid windowsills, bathrooms, and areas with temperature fluctuations. Keep the cap closed when not in use. The bottle is glass — store away from shelf edges.

Yes. Our Gift sets are available for corporate gifting, housewarming gifts, wedding favours, and festive occasions. For bulk orders and custom requirements, write to us at info@rawveda.co.in before placing your order and we will share a custom quote.
