These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this Website or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, difference, or claim arising from your use of this Website shall first be referred to a sole Arbitrator appointed by Rawveda LLP in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Gurugram, Haryana. The Arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on all parties.

No arbitration proceeding under these Terms shall be joined with any arbitration involving any other party, whether through class proceedings or otherwise.

Where arbitration is not available under applicable law, any dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of Gurugram, Haryana, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this Website with an updated effective date and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
