Every Raw Veda bottle begins its journey in our warehouse in Gurgaon — hand-checked, carefully packed, and shipped with the same intention it was made with. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order travels from us to you.

02  Order Processing


Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team processes and dispatches it within 24–48 business hours from our warehouse in Gurgaon – 122002.

Business hours are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Please note

Processing time does not include the delivery window. Your total wait time is processing (24–48 hours) + delivery (3–7 business days depending on your location).


03  Domestic Shipping


We currently ship across India through reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Delivery windows are estimates and do not include weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by the courier partner. We will always try to expedite your order, but cannot be held responsible for courier-side delays once the package has been dispatched.


04  Shipping Charges


We offer free shipping on all orders irrespective of the transaction size. 


Bulk & corporate orders

For bulk orders or corporate gifting requirements, special handling charges may apply based on volume, packaging specifications, and delivery location. Please write to us at info@rawveda.co.in before placing a bulk order and we will provide a custom shipping quote.


05  Delivery & Receipt


Please keep the following in mind when your order is out for delivery:


  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 8 PM.

  • Goods may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a trusted person — a family member, colleague, or neighbour — to receive the package on your behalf.

  • Raw Veda cannot be held responsible for packages signed for and received by an alternative person at your address.

  • Rawveda is not responsible for damage arising after delivery due to misuse or improper handling


06  Damaged or Broken Bottles


Every Raw Veda bottle is made of glass and packed with care. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, we will make it right — no questions asked.


Our commitment

If your bottle arrives damaged, we will offer a full replacement. All damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.


How to report a damaged order:

  • Step 1  Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon opening.

  • Step 2  Email us at info@rawveda.co.in with your order number and the photographs.

  • Step 3  Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and arrange your replacement or refund.


Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed. We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery or immediately after.


07  Cancellations & Returns in Transit

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, or if a delivery is refused or undeliverable, the following applies:


  • Shipping charges for both the outward and return journey will be deducted from any refund due.

  • For prepaid orders, the net refund (order value minus two-way shipping costs) will be processed within 7–10 business days of the package returning to our warehouse.

  • We strongly recommend cancelling orders before dispatch to avoid these charges. To cancel before dispatch, please email info@rawveda.co.in or call +91 92178 46450 as early as possible.


08  International Shipping


We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

If you are based outside India and would like to place an order, please write to us at info@rawveda.co.in. For such requests, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, shipping charges, and insurance costs will be borne entirely by the customer. Raw Veda will not be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
