We want every Raw Veda order to feel exactly right — from the moment it arrives at your door to the first spray in your home. If for any reason it does not, this policy explains clearly and honestly what we can do for you.

02 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

The bottle must be completely unopened and unused — the seal must be intact.

The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

A return request must be raised with our team before sending the product back — we do not accept unrequested returns.

Please note Once a bottle has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. We are unable to make exceptions to this condition. |
03 What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or incorrect usage after delivery.

Products returned without prior approval from our team.

Return requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date.

Dissatisfaction with fragrance — we encourage you to use our Ritual Finder on our website or reach out before purchasing if you are unsure about a scent.
04 Damaged or Broken on Arrival
If your order arrives with a broken or damaged bottle due to transit handling, we will make it right immediately — no questions asked.

Our commitment For any bottle damaged during transit, we offer a full replacement or a complete refund to your original payment source — whichever you prefer. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. |
How to report a damaged order:

Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product immediately upon opening.

Email us at info@rawveda.co.in with your order number and the photographs attached.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and process your replacement or refund.
Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed. Please inspect your package at the time of receipt or immediately after.
05 How to Initiate a Return
If your order is eligible for a return under the conditions in Section 02, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@rawveda.co.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with approval or next steps.

Once approved, we will share the return shipping address. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging before dispatch.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment source.

Important Do not return any product without prior written approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and cannot be refunded. |
06 Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds are issued to the original payment source only — the same card, UPI account, or net banking account used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of return approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.
07 Order Cancellations
Before dispatch
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a full refund with no deductions. To cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@rawveda.co.in or call +91 92178 46450.
After dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is still possible but the following costs will be deducted from your refund:

Original outward shipping cost to your address.

Return shipping cost from your address back to our warehouse.

Payment gateway processing fees applicable on the transaction.
The net refund will be processed within 7 working days of the package returning to our warehouse and being inspected.
08 Incorrect Product Received
In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rawveda.co.in with your order number and a photograph of the product received.
We will arrange collection of the incorrect product and dispatch the correct one at no additional cost to you, or offer a full refund if the correct product is unavailable.
